Complete the Panther Health Survey, it is designed to (a) provide tailored guidance to individuals based on their individual responses/circumstances, (b) facilitate providing relevant campus support services to individuals within the campus community, and (c) support on-campus contact tracing activity.

Those who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to physically distance from others when possible.

There is no requirement that students, faculty, staff or visitors receive or provide evidence of having received a vaccination for COVID-19.

All members of the campus community are strongly encouraged to receive a vaccination against COVID-19. Vaccination is the leading prevention strategy to protect individuals from COVID-19 disease and end the COVID-19 pandemic. COVID-19 vaccines are safe. Millions of people in the United States have received COVID-19 vaccines since they were authorized for emergency use by the FDA. These vaccines have undergone and will continue to undergo the most intensive safety monitoring in U.S. history. This monitoring includes using both established and new safety monitoring systems to make sure that COVID-19 vaccines are safe.

You can help slow the spread of COVID-19 by getting vaccinated, covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue, washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and staying home when you are sick, except to get medical care.
